Our management is University educated, professional, experienced and reliable. We are fully insured for all risk commercial general liability and property as well as coverage under WSIB. Certificates and references are provided. Ticon Building Corporation is a strong family run business that prides itself on its workmanship and attention to detail. OUR FOUNDERS
David Tsai, Co-Owner & President
David graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor's of Science in Microbiology and Biochemistry. David also studied at the Faculty of Architecture U of T. He has over 38 years of experience in the construction industry. At Ticon, he is responsible for managing client relations, producing project quotes, and specializes in store and office design.
John Tsai, Co-Owner, Site Supervisor & Vice President
John graduated with his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Western Ontario. John has over 36 years of experience in the construction industry. He takes an active role on-site as a liaison between the client and subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are executed and completed in a professional and timely manner.
OUR TEAM
We have a team of skilled carpenters and laborers, a host of reputable subcontractors and an office staff to handle all financial and project related paperwork.
